As a certified psychologist he deliberately chose a career within the pharmaceutical industry triggered by the interest for sales and science.

During 20 years he built his extensive know how in marketing, sales, medical and training positions with several trend-setting and innovating companies.

As a result of his own experiences with recruitment agencies Jan van der Poel decided in 2004 to start his own recruitment based on his ideals concerning recruitment.

These ideals are funded upon his background as a psychologist and interest in human behavior.
